Rules and Regulation for plot booking:

✅ 1 copy passport size photo along with photocopy of National Identity Card / Passport by filling the prescribed booking form of the organization which should be submitted in cash / check / pay-order of 10% of the total value by attesting the name by handwriting.

✅ All payments have to be made by check / pay-order / cash in favor of Amin Mohammad Engineering Associates Ltd.

✅ Expatriate buyers residing abroad will be able to repay the same amount in foreign currency through TT or bank draft. Upon receipt of the given foreign currency, the schedule will be converted into money at the exchange rate fixed by the bank.

✅ In case of one-time purchase, the remaining value of the plot price and the ancillary value must be paid within a maximum of 90 days after booking. Then the plot transfer and registration process will be completed. However, field-specific registration activities can be completed before the plot is handed over. Plot transfer and registration activities will be completed only after full payment in case of purchase in installments.

✅ After the transfer of the plot, a "Welfare Society" consisting of the plot owners will be formed for social development activities in the project area. All plot owners will be members of the society. The society will have a welfare fund to meet the relevant expenses and the money will have to be deposited in the fund as per the decision of the society.

✅ The company will not be held responsible for any delay in the development of the project due to natural disasters, political instability and out of government and other controls.

✅ The authority reserves the power to cancel the allotment of plots if the installment is irregular after allotment of plots on condition of sale.

✅ The Authority reserves the right to change / enhance the layout in the interest of the project.

✅ If after payment of booking and receipt of initial allotment, if any applicant disagrees with the purchase of the plot and seeks refund by canceling the allotment, the money will be refunded after deducting 5% (service charge) from the money deposited in respect of the buyer's written application. However, if a special gift is given at the time of sale, its equivalent amount will be adjusted with the refundable amount.
